The Top Rally Training Paddle is designed to improve hitting the sweet spot of the paddle. It is great for warm-up before games and for drilling. Constructed of carbon fiber face and honeycomb polypropylene core, identical to the top paddles.

The Training Pickleball Paddle features a carbon fiber face with a honeycomb polypropylene core. Carbon fiber is the optimal choice of material for paddles. Not only does it produce insane amounts of spin, but it also provides a massive sweet spot with the perfect balance of power and control.

A few minutes of daily practice will quickly take you to the next level.

Not sure!!

I really like the idea of being forced to hit in the sweet spot. Great for training but the weight is not at all distributed like a real paddle. Verdict is out so far.

Good for focus

Was able to play some games using it as well as training. For me, the handle is longer than mine so I need to choke up a bit to have my grip align with the sweet spot of my existing racquet. The grip was smaller, but after applying some overwrap I was able to get it to feel similar to my standard racquet. Added some lead tape to get the same weight.
I bought the racquet to improve my focus and it does do that well.

The sweet spot just got smaller. Great for hand/eye coordination!

love it for drilling

Just started using the training paddle for drilling with my partner and love it. Only played 1 rec game with it so far.

Nice traning paddle

The tranining paddle's weight and feel is very similar to a normal paddle, the quality is exceed my expectation. Received the order very fast. Highly recommend.
